The Japanese beauty and skin care brand is also distributed by Sephora and Violet Grey.

Japanese skincare brand Tatcha has forged a retail partnership with Ulta Beauty.

According to online reports, the brand will debut online Jan. 1, 2025 and will roll out to all Ulta doors in February.

The partnership is part of the brand’s ongoing efforts to grow domestically while expanding abroad, officials said.

The brand, which joins distribution in Sephora and Violet Grey, will sell a core assortment of its high-end hero products. Bestsellers include The Silk Serum, a wrinkle-smoothing retinol alternative; The Essence, a healthy aging firming treatment; The Dewy Skin Cream plumping moisturizer; and The Rice Wash soft cream cleanser.

The brand was founded by Vicky Tsai in 2009 and acquired by Unilever Prestige a decade later. Tatcha is available in over 19 countries.
